在全球慈善榜位居第十的是迈克尔·布隆伯格，累计捐款额达到18亿美元。布隆伯格是彭博有限合伙企业创始人，已为超过850家慈善机构捐过款。曾经向约翰·霍普金斯大学捐赠3.5亿美元，用于建立彭博杰出教授和彭博奖学金；全球慈善榜排在第九名的是詹姆斯·斯托尔斯，捐款金额约20亿美元。主要捐建了堪萨斯城斯托尔斯医学研究所。
排在第八名的是阿齐姆·普莱姆基，累计捐出21亿美元，主要用于教育。在印度提起IT产业，人们马上就会想到他。普莱姆基是信息 科技 公司Wipro的老板，其个人资产超过150亿美元。他曾经表示“我们这些有幸拥有财富的人，应该为比我们不幸得多的大多数人创造一个更美好的世界作出巨大贡献”。
艾利·布罗德排在第七名，捐出了26亿美元。他是美国亿万富豪，慈善家、收藏家。已向哈佛和麻省理工的干细胞研究所捐赠超过5亿美元；排在第六名的是乔治·凯撒，捐款金额约为40亿美元，作为俄克拉荷马州塔尔萨市的首富，凯撒在过去10年中累计捐赠了数十亿美元。用于改善该市公立学校情况，并援建数处早期教育中心。
墨西哥首富卡洛斯·斯利姆·埃卢排第5，累计捐出40亿美元，专注于数字教育和 健康 卫生领域。还向贫困儿童免费捐赠数万辆自行车、数万副眼镜，并为15万名大学生提供奖学金。卡洛斯·斯利姆·埃卢是墨西哥电信的大老板，掌控的卡尔索集团主营业务包括电信、制造业、零售业等，两度登顶世界首富宝座。
英特尔公司创始人之一戈登·摩尔，以68亿美元的捐款金额位居全球第四位。摩尔以其敏锐的眼光，准确地预测到了PC的成功，并提出了“摩尔定律”。摩尔也部分参与了世界*天文望远镜的建设，更多的善款用于科学和高等教育。
排在第三的善人是乔治·索罗斯，累计捐款的金额达80亿美元。前些年，索罗斯宣布*退休，将全力推动慈善事业。他的经典名言：“市场总是错的。”；排在第二名的是沃伦·巴菲特，累计捐出了83亿美元。他所创办的伯克希尔·哈撒韦公司是全球*钱的公司之一，“与巴菲特共进午餐”的慈善拍卖活动自2000年开始，至今已有20个年头，此项拍卖所得用于帮助穷人和无家可归者。
世界首善：全球慈善榜排在第一名的是比尔·盖茨，累计捐款超过280亿美元（折合人民币约1810亿元）。1800亿什么概念？相当于中国首善曹德旺捐款金额的10倍。
盖茨在50岁生日时就宣布，未来将数百亿美元财富捐出去，不会作为遗产留给子孙。其慈善活动涉足各个领域，资助过哈佛大学的计算机科学系、图书馆、几所实验高中以及西雅图当地的一些慈善机构。
